To be honest, I didn't even weigh myself this week. I was at the lake for four days and I ate like crap. I did drink like a boss though so I guess that makes up for it. Right??
I kind of fell off the wagon this week. Which may be another reason why I didn't want to weigh myself. I drank way too much other stuff and not enough water. *cough cough*
This weekly weight loss post is a little dull, but that's ok. I'm actually turning off comments this time so I can focus on reading all your Inspire Me: Healthy updates. I need to be inspired people!
Btw...I gained a freaking half pound.
