I guess if I said it once, I said it a thousand times. We took the boat out for one. last. hoorah. (for real) this weekend. The weather was awesome and seeing how it was super chilly this morning, it was a great end to summer.
Bring on the snow.
Oh, yeah. We had a birthday party this weekend also.
Two little girls turned one.
I mean, for realsies? Without sounding totally cliche, time flies. (Totally sounded cliche, but cliche's are cliche for a reason, eh?) Both girls are walking, talking and getting ready to be a big sisters.
Because did I also tell you my sister (their mom) is 5 months pregnant with another little girl? I just can't even imagine. However, my sister doesn't like to hit the bottle as frequently as I do so she can probably handle it. Good luck. *sneer*
Did I also tell you that my sister and brother-in-law are buying my parents' home aka my childhood house and are moving in next month? I'm so pissed. They are talking about making my old room into the nursery. SO. NOT. OK. RACHEL.
Anyway. It's Monday and I got nothin' for ya.

Soooo jealous of all your time on the water.
ReplyDeleteThe end :)
Dang your sister is fertile! I can't believe they're one already, it seems like you were just gushing over their newborn-ness.
ReplyDeleteOh, those girls...precious! If your sister wants to know what they will be like when they are 21, send her my way. Or don't, because it is scary. Twin girls are scary. My poor mother.
ReplyDeleteI'm no mathematician but that's like 2 years without booze, no? Your sister musts be a saint of some sort.
ReplyDeleteI want to live on that boat every weekend....looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteThose girls.....holy cuteness, they are adorable and I can't beleive they are 1 already!

ReplyDeleteGet the EFF out!! Pregnant again??!! Fertile Mertyl over there!! OMG I cannot imagine.
ReplyDeleteUgh. I don't even want to think about that. THREE girls?? All under the age of 2? SIster NEEDS to be hitting that bottle more often... ;)

These pictures of your nieces are adorable. I can't believe they are 1 already!!
ReplyDeleteLove that they bought your parents house so its staying in the family.
ReplyDeleteWhew 3 girls under the age of 2?? I gotta say, I'm not even the least bit jealous. Their poor dad in about 12 years...
ReplyDeleteI am however jealous of the lake time. I went to a wedding and nursed a hangover all. day. long. I almost murdered the delivery guy last night when he took 30 minutes to bring me the shit he forgot the first time.
Oh wow, my sister has 4 girls, all under the age of 8!! It's so freakin' nice to be the Aunt in that situation and not the Mom, just sayin'. Good luck to her and her hubby!!
ReplyDeleteHow freaking adorable is the baby with the huge pink flower headband?! Omg I love that pic. Too cute! Xo
ReplyDeleteThose babies..those headbands! My word, so adorable..and the cheeks! Looks like you had a great weekend..and I love the dog pics!
ReplyDeleteTwins and another on the way? Holy. How exciting!!! She's very very blessed :)
ReplyDeletelol, that would stress me out if someone was moving into my home like that! Especially a sibling, haha. How funny. I get pissed when I drive by my old home and I can see that the new owners have taken the liberty of takign down my Spice Girl wallpaper- how rude~!!!
ReplyDeleteBabies are darling and love the first pic here.
I NEED that baby's dress! Well, I guess first I'd need a baby, but that dress makes me want one! PS. Tell the hubs that y'all should come visit and I'll take you to the Coors brewery. Could be fun...just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteEvery womanly organ hurts after reading this post. 3 girls under the age of 2?? I'm never going off birth control now. ;D
